In short, if you don't have the CDs and you don't have it currently installed on one of your computers, there's no way to recover your cd keys. That said, you can buy a working set of both keys for something like $8 online, depending on the site.
I have my diablo 2 cds and the cd case with the cd key, and have an empty diablo 2 lord of destruction case with the cd key, but no lord of destruction cd. I read in several places that you can download the software free from blizzard if you have a valid cd key.

Non-USA version cdkeys:
Non-USA version cdkeys are NOT from US sources and have already been registered under the name of one of Blizzard's Asian distributors. So you can NOT register this kind of CD-key(s) on the official battle.net website (http://us.battle.net). However, if you don't care about the registration of the cdkeys, you are still able to play the game on any online server (US East, US West, Europe, Asia) with this kind of cdkeys without any problem at all.
The cdkey is 16 digit (sample: R8DW-7FKM-F268-GTHM) and it can NOT be converted to 26 digit cdkeys.

(a) The cdkey does NOT work with the game client downloaded from official battle.net website (http://us.battle.net) because the downloaded game client asks for 26 digit cdkeys instead of 16 digit cd keys.
(b) The cdkey does NOT work with the CD being sold currently at Best Buy, Walmart etc. because the CD asks for 26 digit cdkeys instead of 16 digit cd keys.

If you need cdkey(s) that can be registered on official battle.net website (http://us.battle.net), you may consider purchasing the USA version cdkey(s) listed on our website.

(4) How to install the game?
To install the game with Non-USA version cdkeys:
(1) Insert the CD you purchased from Bestbuy or Walmart etc. several years ago into your CD/DVD drive and install the game with the 16 digit cdkeys you received from us.
(2) Enjoy the game play.
To install the game with USA version cdkeys:
(1) Go to http://us.battle.net to register the cdkey (Create an account, Log in, Click 'Account', Click 'Add a Game', then enter Game Key), the 16 digit cdkey you purchased will be automatically converted to 26 digit cdkey. And you will be provided a link to download the game.
(2a) If you don't have any CD, just download the game and install the game with the converted 26 digit cdkey (NOT the original 16 digit cdkey).
(2b) If you have the CD purchased from Best Buy, Walmart etc recently, you may install the game with the CD and the converted 26 digit cdkey (NOT the original 16 digit cdkey).
(2c) If you have the CD purchased from Best Buy, Walmart etc several years ago, you may install the game with the CD and the original 16 digit cdkey (NOT the converted 26 digit cdkey).
(3) Enjoy the game play.
